I understand that this application is not a contract of employment. Employment with On-Sight Global Solutions LLC is "at-will," meaning either the company or I may terminate the employment relationship at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. No representative of the company has the authority to make any assurances to the contrary, and no implied oral or written agreements contrary to the foregoing express at-will terms are valid unless made in writing and signed by the Director of Operations.

I consent to submit to a pre-employment background investigation, including but not limited to: criminal history check, credit check, driving record review, employment verification, drug and alcohol screening, and reference checks. I understand that refusal to consent to or cooperate with such investigations may disqualify me from further consideration for employment.

I understand that if employed, I will be required to comply with all rules, regulations, policies, and procedures of On-Sight Global Solutions LLC, as well as all applicable federal, state, and local laws governing private security operations in the State of Washington.
